1. Overview & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Compileinfy that govern your use of the CinfyAI platforms—including our websites, web apps, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Service”). CinfyAI leverages generative AI models and services, including third‑party AI model providers, to produce conversational responses and related outputs. By accessing or using any part of the Service, creating an account, or clicking to accept or agree to these Terms where that option is made available, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms as well as any additional policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy).
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and “you” will refer to that entity. You also agree that we may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be notified by posting a revised version with a new effective date and, when appropriate, by additional notice via the Service or email. Your continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you must stop using the Service and, if applicable, terminate your account.
You acknowledge that the Service may change over time as we improve reliability, add or remove features, integrate new models, or address security, legal, and regulatory requirements. We may also experiment with preview or beta features. Some features may be subject to additional terms or usage limits, which will be presented to you when you access them. We recommend you retain a copy of these Terms for your records.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Age Requirement. The Service is intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using CinfyAI, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. If you are under 18, you may not use or access the Service under any circumstances.
Account Creation. To use key features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. During signup, we may require your Full Name (required), Email Address (required), Mobile Number (optional), and a Password. You may also register using approved single sign‑on providers such as Google Sign‑In. When using Google Sign‑In, you authorize us to receive basic profile information (e.g., your name and email) in accordance with the provider’s permissions and policies. You agree not to create an account using a false identity or by providing information that is not your own.
Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your credentials if caused by your failure to follow these obligations.
Contact & Verification. We may use your email address and, if provided, your mobile number to send important notices (such as security alerts, verification codes, or changes to terms). Providing a mobile number is optional; however, certain features may require additional verification. You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date and to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

3. Service Description & AI Limitations

CinfyAI offers conversational and generative features that aggregate or route requests to various AI platforms (for example, models hosted by third‑party providers). Based on your prompts, the Service may return generated text or other outputs (“Outputs”). These Outputs are computer‑generated, may contain inaccuracies, and can sometimes be incomplete, offensive, biased, or otherwise inappropriate. You acknowledge and agree that AI responses can be inappropriate or incorrect, and you must independently review, validate, and exercise judgment before relying on any Output for decisions or actions.
The Service does not provide professional advice (including medical, legal, financial, or other specialized advice). Outputs are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional judgment. You should never rely solely on Outputs where errors could cause harm, and you agree not to use the Service in high‑risk environments or for critical life, health, or safety decisions. We may implement content moderation, safety filters, usage limits, or quality checks to improve overall safety and performance, but we do not guarantee that inappropriate content will never appear.
We may improve CinfyAI by analyzing aggregate usage patterns and by using submitted prompts and Outputs to refine our systems, subject to our Privacy Policy and any opt‑out mechanism we may offer. From time to time, we may test or rotate third‑party providers and models to optimize quality and reliability. Features, model availability, and performance may vary by device, platform, geography, and account status.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to:

1. Misuse the platform by generating, amplifying, or disseminating false, misleading, or manipulative information, or engaging in activities designed to deceive or cause harm.
2. Promote or incite hate, harassment, abuse, discrimination, threats, or violence against individuals or groups, or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
3. Submit or request content that is sexually explicit, exploits minors, or violates any safety standard; the Service is strictly for users 18+.
4. Use the Service for illegal activities, including violating intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual obligations, or to develop or deploy malware, spam, or surveillance without consent.
5. Attempt to circumvent security, rate limits, or usage restrictions; reverse engineer, decompile, or try to access underlying source code or models.
6. Scrape or harvest data from the Service (except as permitted by applicable law and our technical controls), or use automated means to overwhelm or degrade our infrastructure.
7. Use the Service in high‑risk contexts (e.g., medical diagnosis, emergency response, critical infrastructure, weapons development) where errors could cause harm.
8. We reserve the right to monitor usage (in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy) for violations and to take appropriate action, which may include removing content, restricting features, suspending accounts, or notifying authorities where legally required. You are responsible for the consequences of your use and for ensuring that your prompts and Outputs comply with these Terms. We may implement additional acceptable use rules or safety guidelines for specific features, which are incorporated by reference.

5. User Content, Ownership & Licenses

You may provide input such as prompts, instructions, files, or other materials (“Inputs”) and receive corresponding Outputs from the Service. As between you and us, you retain any rights you already hold in your Inputs. Subject to third‑party rights and applicable law, we grant you a limited right to use Outputs you receive for your lawful purposes, including commercial use where permitted, provided that you comply with these Terms and any third‑party model or content restrictions that may apply.
By submitting Inputs, you grant Compileinfy a worldwide, non‑exclusive license to host, process, store, display, and transmit your Inputs and Outputs as necessary to provide and improve the Service, including to operate safety systems, perform analytics, and develop features. You also grant us a perpetual, transferable license to use feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit (“Feedback”) without restriction or obligation to you. Do not submit content that you lack rights to submit, or any confidential, sensitive, or personal data that is not necessary for the use of the Service.
You are solely responsible for your Inputs and for ensuring that your use of Outputs does not infringe intellectual property or violate any rights of others. We do not guarantee exclusivity or originality of Outputs, which may be similar to outputs generated for others due to common patterns or training data. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, please contact support@cinfy.ai with details so we can investigate.

6. Plans, Free Tier & Modifications

CinfyAI currently provides a free subscription tier. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans, modify features, impose usage limits, or withdraw certain functionalities at any time. If paid plans are introduced, we will provide pricing and terms in advance. Your continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes acceptance. We may also offer promotional or beta features with different terms or limitations, which will be communicated when available.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or third‑party provider issues may affect availability or performance. We may throttle or prioritize traffic to maintain system stability and protect users. We may also set limits on storage, conversation length, message rates, or file sizes.
Where applicable, taxes, fees, and regulatory charges may be added to any future paid subscriptions. Any termination of your account does not relieve you of obligations accrued prior to termination. If we materially change these Terms or key features, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g., via email or in‑product notice). You are responsible for reviewing updates and discontinuing use if you do not agree.

7. Enforcement, Suspension & Termination

We take safety and integrity seriously. If you violate these Terms, applicable law, or platform guidelines, or if we suspect abuse, fraud, or security threats, we may take action without prior notice. Actions may include suspending or terminating your account, restricting features, removing content, reporting activity to authorities where legally required, and preserving information consistent with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations. We may also suspend or terminate accounts to comply with court orders, regulatory requirements, or to protect users, third parties, or our systems.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may discontinue the Service or any part thereof in our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Certain provisions survive termination, including those relating to ownership, licenses granted to us (to the extent necessary to operate and maintain legal compliance), disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnities, and dispute resolution. If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you can contact support@cinfy.ai for review.

8. Disclaimers, Liability, Governing Law & Changes

Disclaimers. THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT (INCLUDING OUTPUTS) ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, NON‑INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ERROR‑FREE, SAFE, OR RELIABLE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VALIDATING OUTPUTS BEFORE USE.
Limitation of Liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPILEINFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY (IF ANY), OR (B) USD $100.
Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Compileinfy and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Inputs or Outputs, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Governing Law & Venue. These Terms will be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Telangana, India, for any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service. If you are a U.S. resident, you and we may mutually agree in writing to alternative dispute resolution (e.g., arbitration) as permitted by applicable law.
